Coronoavirus Update

We are currently still making deliveries using our own vehicles and drivers, they have been trained in best practice in regards to social distancing and we will not require signatures for any deliveries.  

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

We are proud of our free next day delivery with no minimum order serivce provided by our own drivers and vans that services the local area. No order is too small or delivery request too much, our drivers are happy to put deliveries away in cupboards or drop to mulitiple locations within the building. STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere to the UK Mainland provided orders are received by us before 5.00pm and we have the stock.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
 

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders under £20 in value: Delivery will cost £5.95 exc. VAT  

For orders between £20 and £50 in value: Delivery will cost £4.95 exc. VAT  

For orders of £50 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE



RETURNS

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from us within a 10 working day time period

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging

Please notify us within 10 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will credit the card or account that was used to purchase the item.


BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
